These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Essential Service Communications
When registering with Fizz Photography Limited, you will receive essential notifications related to our services. This includes alerts when photographs are available for viewing and reminders about upcoming deadlines for orders. These notifications are service-related and not promotional in nature. They are sent to facilitate the services you have registered for and are not subject to the marketing communications consent. Your contact details provided during registration will be used solely for these essential communications.

Marketing Communications Consent
By ticking the checkbox, you agree to receive marketing communications from Fizz Photography. This includes updates, special offers, and promotions regarding our products via emails and text messages. The personal information you provide during registration, such as your name, email address, and phone number, will be used solely for these purposes.

Please be assured that your data is handled with utmost care and in compliance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. You retain the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time. To withdraw your consent, simply click the 'unsubscribe' link in any communication or contact us directly at info@fizz-photography.co.uk with your request. For more detailed information on how we process and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment
All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card or PayPal. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders that are being delivered to home within 7 days. All orders with delivery to school selected will be dispatched within 14 days of the deadline date.

Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.

If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on info@fizz-photography.co.uk or call 03330 119 554 and select option 2, we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible. However, you must contact us within three months of dispatch as after this time period we can not trace an order with our delivery agents and it is deemed reasonable to assume that the customer has already received their order.

Cancelling an order
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled once production of the order has started. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.

Returning products
All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.

For all other products, customers have 14 days to return any unwanted goods. Please return the item to the address below via recorded delivery at your own cost. You must include a copy of your invoice and note why you are returning the goods. Unwanted items may incur a handling charge.

Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on info@fizz-photography.co.uk or call 03330 119 554 and select option 2. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Complaints
Complaints must be made directly to Fizz Photography within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; info@fizz-photography.co.uk

Credit Card information
Fizz Photography does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

Personal information
Fizz Photography will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.

We are a registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office, our registration number is ZA182039.
